Aims and objectives
• To support National Policy of Capacity Building.
• To support National Educational Policy of achieving Universal Primarily
Education (UPE) by 2015 requires corresponding expansion of the Secondary
Sector.
• 63% of Secondary School Teachers are unqualified. Therefore :
• DTO empowers unqualified Secondary School Teachers with quality
teaching of rich content and better methodology.
• DTO improves quality product of Education therefore quality population.
